Evoke Resilience | A Psychological Approach to Well-being

At EVOKE Resilience I offer bespoke training and therapies using a range of integrative mind techniques and some of the world’s most powerful human change technologies such as Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP); Thought Field Therapy (TFT); Time Line Therapy;  Motivational Mapping; Clinical Hypnosis; Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Mindfulness/Meditation.

My training programs create a healthier, more positive solution to adversity or challenging situations and promotes well-being within individuals, teams and managers, empowering them to perform to their optimum capabilities.

Resilience and Mindfulness training within teams helps promote positive change, develop intelligent constructive decision making, improve confidence and competence, ameliorate uncertainty and manage change more proficiently.

It encourages individuals to relate to colleagues with kindness and compassion. This empathy and understanding serves to generate unity and harmony within relationships, whether that be personal or professional and procures positive emotional benefits for both parties.

The training also encourages individuals to improvise and adapt to change and this skill is the fundamental characteristic of resilient individuals.  It also promotes and develops emotional strength and intelligence and creates a much healthier and happier working environment in which to achieve sustainable productivity and success.
